Hello friends,
at this point I would like to introduce myself.
I've been working in the music branch for quite a long while - with some intermissions, but for 25 years now.
After my apprenticeship as a paralegal in 1983, I worked with Sony Music, former CBS, in Frankfurt.
Fundamentally, I worked with national and international artists, supervising them and lending them a hand as an assistant in the product management.
From 1986 to 1993 I was employed and engaged at the W.D.Warren Company / TVG, a pretty big sound carrier sales department, in the area of purchase. At that time W.D.Warren & TVG was the direct rival of WOM (Music).
There I was, among other things, responsible for the purchases and the design of a weekly, internal newspaper about news, deadlines and special features of the music market. Additionally I arranged and organized autograph sessions for customers.
After the birth of my daughter and the the company's sale, I went back to my profession as an office manager at an attorney's office.
Myspace got me in touch with music again.
Now, after some consideration, I work independently and for myself, and I cooperate closely and intimately with worldwide artists - also with producers, record companies and operators.

an dieser Stelle möchte ich mich Euch vorstellen.
Ich arbeite schon sehr lange mit Unterbrechungen in der Musikbranche.
Nach meiner Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte 1983 habe ich bei Sony Music, damals noch CBS, in Frankfurt als Assistentin im Product Management gearbeitet, dort nationale und internationale Künstler betreut.
Von 1986 bis 1991 war ich bei W.D.Warren Company / TVG einem sehr großen Tonträgervertrieb beschäftigt im Bereich Einkauf. Dies war damals ein direkter Kontrahent von WOM Music.
Zuständig war ich dort unter anderem für den Einkauf und für die Gestaltung einer firmeneigenen wöchentlichen Zeitung über Neuheiten, Termine und spezifische Sonderheiten des Musikmarktes.
Ausserdem habe ich Autogrammstunden für Kunden organisiert.
Nach der Geburt meiner Tochter und dem Verkauf des Unternehmens bin ich in meinen Lehrberuf zurückgekehrt - als Büroleiterin eines Rechtsanwalts.
Durch Myspace bin ich wieder mit Musik in Berührung gekommen.
Nach einigen Überlegungen habe ich mich nun selbständig gemacht und arbeite wieder sehr eng mit Künstlern zusammen - ebenso mit Schallplattenfirmen und Veranstaltern weltweit.
